Shipping policy

All orders have a processing time of 1-4 business days as they are Made To Order. All orders are sent via Australia Post with a delivery window of 3-7 business days for metro and 4-9 days regional after dispatch. You will be provided with a tracking number once dispatched. 

Any express shipped items have a delivery time of 1-3 business days for both metro and regional.

Please note Auspost regularly experience high traffic volumes and delivery time estimates often blow out. Checking your tracking regularly is the best way to gather a reasonable estimated time for delivery.
